What Standard Grow does

Standard Grow, by Standard Trade, is a number you text a reel to. It sends back ads and a budget for your business, runs them once you approve, and reports what they brought in.

You send us reels, links and details about your business over iMessage or WhatsApp. We prepare an experiment: the ads, a budget and what counts as a win. Nothing runs until you approve it.

Part of the service schedules and publishes approved content, such as photo slideshows, to social media accounts you own or manage with permission. The sections below on accounts, acceptable use and platforms cover that part.

These terms cover your use of Standard Grow. Standard Grow is operated by Standard Trade ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms.

Your accounts and content

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content you publish through Standard Grow and for following the terms and community guidelines of each platform, including TikTok and Instagram. You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to store and transmit it only as needed to publish it where you ask.

Acceptable use

You may not use Standard Grow to post spam, misleading or illegal content, to infringe anyone's rights, to impersonate others, or to get around a platform's limits or enforcement. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Platforms

Standard Grow uses the official TikTok and Instagram APIs. Those platforms may change or limit their services at any time, and we are not responsible for their decisions about your accounts or posts. You can disconnect an account at any time, and you can revoke access from the platform's own settings.

No warranty

Standard Grow is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost reach, followers or revenue.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
